Disney Visa $200 gift card timing

Hi - Waiting for my $200 Disney Visa gift card (have to accrue $500 to get it) - hit that mark last week and hoping it gets here by Feb. 19~~~ any experience in how fast they arrive? Says 6-8 weeks (yikes) but hoping it's quicker.

We did the same thing at this time last year and the gift card arrived in about 2 weeks. I hope you have the same magic!

We got our Disney visa last June and I remember I charged like $30 the soon it arrived (our offer say first time used, not minimun). Any way the $200 G.C. arrived around one week later. Good luck.

Mine took about a week to arrive after I spent the threshold amount (which was the day the card came in the mail).

Never let it be said that Disney nor Chase would delay a person spending money! Have fun and watch the rewards add up. As others have stated, the gift card is quick too after the spending threshold/purchase.

I know this is an older thread, but this question has popped up recently by me (& others) so I'm bumping it up!

My visa came in the mail yesterday & by 8:00 last evening, my TA had credited my AmEx & charged the visa with my final payment (we leave 9/18). Now the waiting game is on to see how quickly the gift card gets to me! I received the $200 offer & I would love to have "free" money to spend at WDW.

Can others chime in with the amount of time it took for your GC to arrive after you met the $500 requirement in recent months?
