Notice the surgical bandages on DW's feet, under her crocs. She had surgery on both feet about a month prior. She was a real trouper, trekking miles through the parks for 5 days. Did real well -- only mild swelling -- until the wedding we attended in San Diego right after DLR. A rather drunk guest (I'd guess 6'3", 240 lbs) stomped on her foot on the dance floor. Didn't even notice what he did. She still has considerable bruising and swelling from that little incident. Not that it slows her down at all...

Wow, she was quite the trooper. We overcome a lot for the sake of Disney don't we? Ouch! Too bad about the lunk who stepped on her foot at the wedding, but at least it happened AFTER DLR! Hope she heals up quickly
