Disney Villains in the Park

Now that Halloween is in full swing at Disneyland, does anybody know what Disney Villains or Dressed-Up Disney characters are lurking around and where can I find them? I'm going to see if I can add more character pics to my scrapbook.

I have never seen any villian characters every time I go there even during the Halloween season. Hope you will find one soon.

I have seen the Wicked Queen from Snow White over on the side of the castle only once in all my trips there. And it wasn't in October. This last trip in March I saw the Queen of Hearts also near the castle. I have seen Cruella De Vil over in DCA kind of near the Backlots entrance by the Sunshine Plaza. Other than Captain Hook (who seems to be a regular character out & about), those are the only villains I've seen in all my trips to DL.

That's where they did hang out last year. We saw the Evil Queen, Queen of Hearts, the Old Hag, Prince John, the Bad Wolf, Frollo, Ratcliffe, Don Karnage from Tail Spin - I must so have scared that poor guy to death... nobody was interested Don Karnage, and then there was me squealing his name all over the backlot

That may have changed though - I saw something about villains at It's a small world on the Disneyland website.

Last year the Queen of Hearts was around the train station in DLR one after noon too, and Cruella appeared several times near the Mad Hatter. That was outside of Halloween season though, first week in November.

Most costumed characters were out in Town Square last year, I'm assuming that this won't have changed.

I was there yesterday and they have four villains set up on a stage near IASW. I saw the Evil Queen from Snow White, The Queen of Hearts, Jafar and Captain Hook. I don't know if they rotate throughout the day though.

We saw Captain Hook right on Main St at one of the restaurants. This was actually on Wednesday the 23rd, so before the Halloween festivities officially started.

We got his autograph, but poor DD1(4 years) refused to be photographed with him. When my Dad tried to take her hand and walk up to him, she burst out into tears, poor girl! So DD2 (7mos) took a picture with him instead. DD1 takes these characters *very* seriously.

That would have been the Minnie & Friends character breakfast at the Plaza. We usually see him there as well!

We saw him outside of Minnie's too. He refused to sign our books with DD7's Tinkerbelle pen, used DD4's Princess one instead!

We just got home and saw them set up between Matterhorn & IASW. There seemed to be a special stage/queue set up just for meeting them. I saw Cptn Hook & the Queen of Hearts. There were probably others but we were rushing to a BBB appt and didn't get to go visit them.

I just got back last night - with a cold and nose bleeds!!, was there Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and here's what I saw:

~ Goofy in a killer black and white skeleton costume!!! on main street.
~ Mickey Mouse in a purple and orange halloween tux type suit, main street.
~ Donald in a pumpkin outfit, not sure where he was coming from but saw him headed to a cast members only area near the Space Mountain exit.

~Pluto was also on main street but was normal and was not wearing a costume.

~Yes, there is a photo op stage set up near the intersection of Matterhorn and It's a Small World. There I saw, Snow White Queen, Snow White Witch, Cruella, Captain Hook, Queen of Hearts

Yep, we passed that same stage several times last week. We saw all four of those characters as well as Cruella. Only stayed for a photo-op with Cruella, but the witch was there at the same time. Yes, they rotate through the day - 2 characters at a time.

The *villains* are captured like the princesses?!?! What next? The dragon from F! will be signing autographs in "Dragon Hollow?"


Free the villains and the princesses...let them fight it out!
