Disney Vault 28 store at Downtown

Hi everyone!! Im new to the board. I was wondering if anyone knew when the Disney Vault 28 store will be opening? I am going to Disney on the 27th and want to see if it will be open by then. Thanks!!!

Its a store that will carry contemporary disney clothes like the brands Disney Couture and Disney Vintage.
