Hi Guys,

Brand new to the board, and saw this awesome forum section. I started in late May a new video podcast for amateur photographers to show off their disney pictures. It's a simple podcast, just a slideshow of pictures. The plan for the podcast is to have subscribers submit their pictures so we can enjoy them. There's to picture hints or anything like that, just the pictures and the music. Please check it out and let me know what you think. I'd REALLY appreciate any feedback. You can find it on ITunes or probably anywhere else. Right now, I have a generic website, but I'm working on that problem too. Thanks!!

Thanks:thumbsup2

I was going to put a link, but I'm brand new so I can't...yet!! Look for Disney Vacation Photos and you'll find it. At least, that's how I always find it!! Thanks for asking.

you can go over to the community board and send birthday wishes to build you count so you will be able to post pics and links eventually.

HI< I found it on iTUNES podcast list and downloaded it. I'll take a look asap!
THANKS:cool1:

I found it in the itunes store but how do I get it into itunes podcasts library? Do I have to set up an account first? I'm not too smart with itunes.

Finally got the podcast but all I could view was "a day at Santa Cruz Boardwalk". no Disney. What did I do wrong??

You did right with the first step, you subscribed to the show. Unfortunately, when you subscribe you only get the newest podcast, which was my Show 8a: Day at Santa Cruz. If you go to the podcast section of ITunes, and click the down arrow for Disney Vacation Photos, you can download all my other shows by clicking on the download button next to each show. Just for your information, if it has a letter after the number, it's not going to be Disney. Something I started doing. All the numbered shows are 100% disney stuff. Glad you subscribed, and hope you enjoy the disney shows. This week, probably on Sunday, you'll see my trip that I'm taking on Thursday to meet Sig. Let me know if you need help.

Disney Vacation Photos - Episode 9 - Part 4 WDW 2006, Animal Kingdom

It's been awhile, and I do apologize. Kids got sick and then I was off on my first solo trip to Disney World, which was awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't take as many pictures as I wanted, and the ones I did take disappointed me. But I'll be showing them off in this episode as well as upcoming ones.

PART 4: WDW 2006 - Animal Kingdom

Continuing our 2006 trip down to the World, we go to Animal Kingdom. Son had the most fun here playing in the water and looking at the animals. We ate at the now extinct Donald's Restaurantasaurus, which was delicious.

BONUS VIDEO: Wall-e Chaperones

Going on a vacation by myself had my oldest a little worried. So I had to bring along my Wall-E toy to watch over me. To make sure Wall-E was with me, I sent pictures over my phone to show him that Wall-E was having a good time. I was having quite the time, so I decided to take real pictures of Wall-e, to the amusement of others. One little boy actually got excited to see Wall-e that he picked him up and was carrying him away before his mother stopped him.

See you next time!!

I know, I know, it's not called MGM Studios any more, but in 2006 it was so I still can say it . Although, if you see me at the parks, I'll most likely still call it MGM, bad Disney fan :rolleyes1

Next week is the final episode of the 2006 trip. We are leaving on Saturday morning, and new pictures of the parks will be coming soon. I'm meeting Ricky next Monday to see the Adventure's Club, for the first and last time, so hopefully I'll get some pictures of that.

As for this week, it's pictures of the Disney MGM Studios. Lots of characters (happens with little kids) and some pictures with the MGM studios wording.

Also, I updated the website. Now all you have to do is go to www.jermsworld.us and click on the enter sign and you will be there. Got some plans for the website so keep an eye on it. The subscriber list is also starting to rise steadily, which is awesome and shocking. Hope all is doing well, jermsworld

Hey Gang,

I can't tell you how crazy it feels to have the subscriber list go up and the hits to the website increase exponentially. I also started receiving emails with pictures for an upcoming podcast, which just blows my mind. You can look for those pictures starting August 3.

As for this show, we finish our 2006 trip with some pictures I missed of the Magic kingdom, and some of my favorite shots that were taken outside of the parks. It's a longer than usual episode, but the pictures are a lot of fun.

Starting on August 3, pictures from my Nikon D60 will start showing up. I plan to dedicate next show to Norway and to some pictures I received from some subscribers. So if you have pictures of the Norway Pavilion, or pictures of family having fun at the Norway Pavilion, please email them to me at DVP@jermsworld.us and I'll show them on the next show. Thanks again for all the support, this stuff is a blast!!
