Hey guys, I have tried to find this myself but failed. If I book a 7 night vacation package from Disney what/when is the deposit/due?

When you book it. There is no courtesy holds.

If you call, they will hold the package reservation for 7 days. It is not a confirmed reservation, though, until the deposit of $200 is made.
