Disney Vacation Club?

Hi I returned from a Disney Vacation this past June where I received a great rate of $80.00 a night including tax. We stayed at teh Caribbean Beach resort for 15 nights. There was my husband, myself and 3 kids (one was an infant in a crib). We will not be able to stay there or any other mod again because I am expecting another child this Oct. So my question is: we were looking into Time shares should we buy Disney or outside? Are there any great perks to buying Disney? I'm not sure I like the idea of it expiring? ANy suggestion would be very helpful. thanks to all in advance Jill in Pa. P.S we drive and spend most of our time on Disney propert, we buy annual passes, but we do like driving to parks ourselves, and we know the area.

One thing to keep in mind...Your kids are young now, but they grow up quick. When they are in their teens they're going to want to have some independence.

When my son was about 15 I began to let him spend some time in the parks by himself. I felt comfortable with him getting to and from the villa using WDW transportation. I most likely would not have allowed him to come and go like I do if we were off-site.
