Disney Vacation Club Resorts Lithographs

I was wondering if everyone gets a Lithograph after they purchase points. I purchased points at SSR and BCV at the beginning of the year and have not received on in the mail. If everyone does get them, how long does it take to receive them after the points have been purchased?

I think I got mine with my welcome package and tote bag.

Call your Guide they will help if they can.

We purchased three contracts and only once got a litho. Had to buy others on ebay. Good luck!

I did get one when I bought BCV but haven't received one yet for AKV

Yes...and BTW..this only happens when purchasing through Disney, not a reseller.
I have 3 of each..
1 for the original purchase and 2 from add ons.

Maybe the AKV's aren't out yet ??

We did not get a lithograph for any of our purchases. I don't think they are sending these anymore. We did get the Glicee a few months back.

As far as I know, Disney eliminated the lithos over a year ago--maybe closer to two. New members haven't been getting them for SSR for quite a while and I have seen no mention of them being produced for AKV.

The resort gift shops sell similar artwork for each resort, and usually offer a nice variey of images. I believe the 11X14" unframed prints are around $30 and 8X10" around $20. They also have larger sizes and framed prints, too.

We only got one litho (SSR) even though we made 3 purchases through Disney . I understand that they may have stopped issuing them for AKV, but we never received one for BWV ('98)!

Have we been "dissed" by Disney?

We purchased our SSR contract in February this year and, like you, did not receive a lithograph with our tote bag and welcome package.

We joined last March 2006 and didn't receive one. Only got the tote bag which I haven't had the chance to use yet.

We didn't receive the Glicee or the new planning book either. These were sent out in Sept./Oct, I think. I wonder why?? I emailed MS about it and didn't get a response.

We got one with our BCV purchase. We bought VWL via resale, so no litho there. I have been picking them up on Ebay from time to time - I just need BWV and OKW to complete the collection.
