Hi! I am looking at buying some DVC points. I have had conflicting reports on there use for a campsite. Does anyone know if you can or cannot use them. Thanks!

Bottom line is you can but the number of sites available for points are limited. You may get a "No Availability" for DVC points when sites are available for cash.

We find it nearly impossible to use them for a campsite. What we do now is rent the points and use that money to pay for our Fort time.

I booked a week stay in mid-October of last year with points. Was 55 points for premium site for a Sun-Sat stay.

1) NOPE.
2) DVC points are OK for DVC villas.
3) But, they are a terrible value when used
. . . for Disney Cruises
. . . for Disney non-DVC Resorts
. . . for non-Disney Timeshare Trading
4) Buy points if you want DVC Timeshare stays, but for NO OTHER reason/use.
