We have already booked our cruise for next May but still owe $2100. If we signed up for a DVA and used it to pay off the balance in March would we qualify for $40 in Disney GC's even though we already booked our vacation poor to opening the account?

I don't think it matters when you booked the vacation.

But you might want to look into their recent, big, issues before deciding to go forward with a DVA. Lots of threads on the dis.

What is the Bonus Program?

That's great that it's been corrected (and I wasn't saying that it was ongoing, but that there had been big issues). When will it happen again, is the question.
