DVC members have been able to pay their dues using the DVA even though it's not allowed per the terms. They did this by telling them it was a Disney Gift Card. Once the dues payment was processed, they were able to request their bonus.

So a purchase that shows DVA as an acceptable method of payment is definitely going to be an eligible purchase.
