There have been posts off and on about it since it started.
Biggest complaint I've seen is that no one at Disney seems to know what it is or how to help. Even when calling the number on that website. I personally think that the DVA people work only "banker's hours", M-F eastern time, and any contact beyond those hours results in difficulty. It's also possible that there are only a few people answering phones there, and if those people are already on the phone then the call gets shunted to other CMs who don't have a clue. That's my theory.
Big huge important thing to do is read the WHOLE site. Read all the FAQs and instructions, etc. Know 100% what you're getting into. Know that you can't use a TA with it (when it first was created they said you could, so earlier threads about it will include that info). Just know what it is and what it cannot do.
Then make your decision on if you want to do it!
