Disney Vacation Account Question

Let me preface this by saying, please no judgment...

I was reading the User Agreement for the DVA and they are using JP Morgan Chase Bank to hold the funds placed within these accounts. Two years ago I over-drafted a Chase account and I am worried about their ability to take the funds I am placing into my DVA account towards that overdraft amount. Is this possible? I guess I am a little confused as to some of the wording in the User Agreement.

Has anyone else been in the same situation?

Also if it matters, I will only be adding funds via Disney GC - not using a CC or Debit Card.

AFAIK, they don't open an account at Chase in your name to hold the funds in the DVA. They use a pooled account that's in Disney's name. Chase would have no way to know if you have money in a DVA.
