Disney Vacation Account Frozen

I tried logging into my Disney vacation account but it was frozen. The last time I logged on I added $100 in gift cards so not sure why they would freeze the account. I plan on calling in the morning but was curious if anyone else has had this happen to them?

Who knows why this could have happened? Maybe someone tried logging in with your username, thinking that it was theirs. After a certain number of attempts, financial institutions will freeze an account to protect the owner from having their account hacked. They will probably ask you some security questions before they unfreeze the account and send you a temporary password link to the email on file for the account.

Did you ever get your account unfrozen? I just added a gift card to my vacation account and it was frozen almost immediately afterwards.

Mine did that once, I logged. Out and logged back in and it was fine.

My account has been "frozen" for 4 days...and counting. We opened our account 4 months ago and have had problems making deposits, getting locked out, etc. Really didn't expect these issues from Disney. I suspect there is a third-party vendor who is largely responsible for many of the issues we have encountered.
