Disney Vacation Account and adding credit to my onboard account.

That is correct.

Perfect. I was going to ask the same question as the other posters. Just paid off our cruise and then decided to open a DVA account for monies to be put toward our on board account. Glad to hear I can do that.

Off to Target to get some Disney GC's. They have been sold out online for a over a week.

Agreed with the others it can be done, however I have not prepaid for any gratuities or excursions, but I will be :) I know they can be added up to 3 days before departure but I'll do way ahead of that, as soon as I figure out how much I want to add.

I just paid off my next cruise today (using my DVA) and confirmed I can do it and without hesitation she said yes. I generally feel more and more cm's are more knowledgeable with the DVA and applying payments. I could be wrong, but it feels that way since I've had mine open for almost 8 months now. :thumbsup2

Would love to hear others that have done it recently and once I do it, will be happy to report back as well.
