so my question is this... a few years ago I was having trouble logging into my Disney account. I always used my Username and PW. but when I called the CM told me they were doing away with he username feature and just going to email & pw to sign in. so she fixed all my Disney accounts and since then I have logged in under my email.
well last month I opened up the Disneyworld page on my home pc and I was already logged in. nothing unusual. I purchased new annual passes for 5 people. the next day when I went to MDE on my phone the passes were not showing.
... went to my pc and they were there. that's when I realized that on my pc I was logged in under my username (which makes no sense being that I did not even have this computer when the Disney CM fixed the account. ) Also I might add that under my username it is still linked to the same email.
so now I am getting close to booking my ADRs and eventually FPs but am terrified that when we get to Disney none of my stuff will be showing on MDE

and that is NOT how I want to start our vacation...
my question is... does Disney still use the Username & PW as an option or do I need to call again to straighten this out?
and if I do need to call does anyone know which phone number is best for this? Thanks
