I just wanted to say how great I have found Disney UK. When they say they are going to do something they do it.
I changed my booking back in may and it took less than 5 minutes to do and they transferred my deposit by the next day and they recently gave me the free dining plan on my existing booking which they did not have to do as it is meant to be for new bookings and they already have my booking,I checked with them today and they have made me a new booking with DDP added. They also gave me the 14 day ticket for the reduced price of the 14 day ticket for the price of 7 which I did not expect as this offer was not on when I booked.
When I have phoned they always seem keen to help when they can always say no.
