Disney UK hotline for reschedule

Hey there, I hope someone is able to help us. We would have checked in to POFQ on Tuesday. Since yesterday we're trying to reach Disney Travel UK (where we booked), since this is the only option to reschedule, if you don't want to cancel. We were in line the second the hotline was opened. The announcement said, that the waiting time would be "less than 10 minutes". After this info there's immediately a male voice saying "we are unable to answer additional calls at this time, if needed call us back later". We don't get it.. if the waiting time is less than 10 minutes, why can't they answer additional calls? Is someone having the same issue?

I haven't even tried to call them to reschedule as I believe all the lines are busy. Maybe the 10 min wait time is inaccurate...

I tried earlier and just ignored the message and stayed on the line, I got through after about 30 mins.
