The tree had Cash for Kids signage - not sure if it's connected, but I think that's the name of Northsound Radio's charity.
The CM at the checkout also mentioned Great Ormond Street, but I would have thought they would've kept things local and would have supported ARCHIE instead.
I promised a few peeps that I'd post pics of the delivery. We were actually in the paper today so I'll post some more pics in the next couple of days when I get a chance. I had permission to post this from the hospital.
Anyway, here's a pic of myself, Annie and Kiri with two of the kids and lots of the plush.
Hope you like it and thanks again to everyone taking part. I'm checking for those who asked on which charities the Liverpool lot went too.
Glad you like it guys. Here are the pics I promised. We made it to page 4 (with a front page pic) of the standard in Chester and page 2 of the Ellesmere Port one - same article.
And here's the full article for those that want to read it.
Oh, Liverpool's donations went to Alder Hey. And, for the diser who said that one of the other stores mentioned Great Ormond Street at the till - that was probably the mugs we were doing for them rather than this event. We had mugs on offer at the till for GOSH.
