We have annual passes. We bought them before finding out I'm pregnant with baby number 2. I already did 2 weekends in disney while being pregnant but that was in my first trimester. We booked 2 trips prior to knowing as well. First is in October for 4 days with friends visiting from jersey. I'll be 30 weeks then. Next is November for the very Merry mickey Christmas party in November and I'll be 35 weeks. I am currently high risk but do far everything is going well. I already talked to my ob and as of now he's not worried but said we'll play it by ear. We are only 2 hours away and my ob told me in case of an emergency the labor and delivery in orlando is amazing. I already got the normal advice take it easy, rest alot, and drink lots and lots of water. We plan on heading back to the hotel for an afternoon nap as well. I also know which rides to stay clear of which are all rides we never go on anyway since we have our son with us. Any other advice? We were debating on renting a wheel chair for me if needed. Also should we utilize the disney bus to get to the parks or just drive. We will have our 2 year old and a stroller plus a cooler with lots of water.

We live in Celebration right by Disney. The hospital here is wonderful! I delivered both of my children there, if need be you will be in good hands:)
We have AP and go a lot, I went every couple weeks while pregnant both times up until the day before I delivered. The parking attendants would let my husband drive up close to drop me off then he would go back and park, it was very nice.
Have a great time!

I was a high risk pregnancy as well. And I also knew all of the precautions to take. I will advise you to build in more rest time than you think necessary. We took it VERY easy. I rode almost no rides. But I walked way too much. I ended up having some serious cramps that caused me to rest more than I probably would have had I not walked so much. Take it super easy. I agree with the wheelchair. Rest as much as possible.

If you need to leave the parks immediately due to a pregnancy complication, myself, I like the control of having my own car & bring able to immediately leave (in theory of when I'd get to the car :)).

I'm also extra cautious - I had a high risk pregnancy (no heavy lifting, no intensive exercise, no vacuuming, etc. walking was allowed in moderation -we had to cancel our trip to LV at 18wks because of it), and baby was born at 34 weeks because ontop of it all, my issue was misdiagnosed, and by 32 weeks for my true issue, I should have been on modified bedrest. :(.

So for any high risk pregnancies, I always recommend, if your pregnant body is not use to waking that much during a normal day, don't push it, don't walk much more. Plus heat may be a factor too.

As well, for my 2nd pregnancy (which was considered high risk due to the first), I had to cancel my work training trip because the closest hospital was 1.5 hrs away & they didn't have a NICU (& my Dr. recommended I not travel out of province due to medical insurance coverage).

Just take it easy & try to rest before you are tired (wheelchair might be a quick fix, but I don't know how comfortable /how long & maneuvering around).

Renting a scooter was a lifesaver for me.

We booked our trip in Feb of 2012 and then immediately found out I was pregnant with baby #3. I don't do well with walking and have rather large babies so it was only an issue of what company to rent from. Rented for 1 week, they delivered the scooter and picked it up from the resort with no issues at all.

You could even get the ones with the built in canopy. I used an umbrella and had no issues. Made things a lot easier and I wasn't a burden to anyone because I was able to keep up, even in the rain!
