Disney trip surprise in 12 hours!

I got so excited reading about the last surprise I thought I would post mine, too. DH, DS11, DS5 and I are leaving tomorrow morning for 8 nights in The World! The surprise is the kids think we are leaving Friday, not Thursday. My eleven year old is lamenting the boring, time-killing program that will eat up the last 1/2 day of school in the morning. What he does not know is that he will ride the bus to school as usual and we will pick him up 30 mins later! He has had a terible school year (horrible teacher) and we are all ready for the year to end! He will get that report card and E-X-I-T! I told the kids we were packing tonight so he could go to a pool party all afternoon tomorrow . Little does he know that pool party will be at the Contemporary . Two other families (friends that live here; kids are in school together) are meeting us there the next day...but our kids have no idea one family is coming b/c they are totally surprising their three children !! It's a Magical Gathering we have been planning for months and I CANNOT WAIT!

I've read the DisBoards every day and thank you all for your wonderful community and tips. This will be our fifth trip but there is always more to learn!
