Hello all! I know there's gotta be a few of you out there who have celebrated birthdays in Disney World, and I was just wondering what kind of things they do there for Bdays. I'll be turning 20 this year, and would love to go for a mini-vacation to my favorite place in the world! Any tips, advice, or stories would be great! It would be a short trip, if we do it at all, so I just want to be sure it's worth it! :)

Hmmm... well, be sure to stop by Guest Relations to pick up your Birthday Pin. I have found that the CMs are extra nice and go out of their way to wish you a happy birthday, and sometimes you can get a little further in a line!
HTH!:woohoo:

We got my dd a bithday pin and as we entered the Mk and walked down Main st. all the Cast members were out waving to everyone and almost all of them said "Happy Birthday Lexi" as she passed them. She thought that was really cool.

We're getting a pin also. This will be our first birthday trip so I don't have a story to share. But we are also ordering a cake at dinner (at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella) for my dds. I've also heard that if a rest. knows it's your bday and you don't order a cake they might bring you out a cupcake.
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!

PrincessBelle23 I've gone a mini vacation myself for my past 3 birthdays (actually started with my 20th!). Everytime I get a birthday button at Guest Relations and do at least one character meal or nice dinner. If you're staying on Disney property tell the CM that you're celebrating your birthday when you make your dining and hotel reservations... those extra notes could mean surprises! I'm even planning my next birthday trip for this summer! :)

We have taken dd may times for her birthday. Do the pin thing for sure. We also had breakfast at 1900 Park fare and told them it wsa her birthday and she got a Happy birthday tiara, a signed placemat , and a cupcake. We also told guest services at our hotel and they have signed pics of some favorite characters. Some of the CM will also let tell them goofy called and let them hear goofy wish them a happy birthday. DD is going to be 6 in Feb and she thinks disney does this just for her birthday every year.

I celebrated my 20th birthday at WDW last year, and going back for my 21st this year. Although this year I won't be going on my bday like last year. I wore my button and scheduled a birthday lunch at Garden GrillI(my fave) and they suprised me with an amazing cake. I got lots of b-day wishes from CMs as well as a birthday call.

Im celebrating my 50th bday at wdw in nov. The actual day falls right in the middle of the wk I'm there
