Disney Trip and Need Dining Tips

My husband and I without kids are visiting the parks for a week at the end of May. I have already made reservations at CA Grill for one night while we are there. I had a couple of quick questions regarding several other restaurants.

Alfredo's in Italy Epcot: We ate at the original on our honeymoon in Rome. I konw that it cannot compare to that but thought that it might be reminiscent since it is the same restaurant as in Rome. What are your opinions on this restaurant and should I go out of my way to make reservations?

Le Cellier Canada Epcot: My husband is interested in this restaurant. Opinions? Worth planning ahead and reserving or can I just reserve the morning of if we are interested? Lunch or dinner?

Tusker House AK: Is this restaurant still in operation? We got suckered into the Rainforest Cafe the last time in the AK and spent too much time and too much money for what we got. I thought that this restaurant looked good.

What about bars at any of the hotels that have interesting drinks or bar atmosphere? Any favorites? Husband and I may want to do a bar crawl one night since we don't have little ones to be responsible for.

All I can talk about in regards to LeCelliar is that I have heard great reports on their food but I would book now because we had to take a 4:50PM time just to get in about 4months in advance. These ressies go fast so book now. Remember you can always cancel later.
As for Tusker House I have eaten there several times and the food was better then Rainforest and much more reasonably priced.

I tried to make ADR there for the week of 5/21 to 5/25 and they had none available . Might keep trying and hope for a cancellation. I made ADRs for Ohanas, Boma, Capes May and WCC but I will have a 17 y/o DN and 9 y/o DS. Good luck! I am going to plan earlier next year!!

LeCellier is awesome, one of our absolute favorites. You will definitely need an ADR way in advance.

California Grill is another favorite of ours, so enjoy! If you have not been there I recommend their flatbreads for an app, good size to share. One of their signature meals is the pork tenderloin over polenta.

For lounges, our first choice is Territory Lounge at WL. Other lounges we have tried and liked at Tambu Lounge at the Poly, Outer Rim at CR, and River Roost Lounge at POR. While at AK check out the Dawa Bar, love the banana daiquiri.


For additional date night suggestion, I recommend Artist Point at WL with drinks at the Territory Lounge or Kona at Poly with drinks at the Tambu Lounge.
