Pleace can you tell if adult can do Tri-Circle-D Ranch horse ride if so pleace can you tell more about this and also what sort of protective gear is there like helmet etc

Yes, adults can do it and everyone has to wear a helmet, they issue them to you there. Here's the link to Disney's site info

It's best to book in advance though you can do same-day if there are slots available. The trail ride usually takes us around 45 minutes or so. You ride single file and the horses are used to it, but you are freely guiding your own horse so you do have to remain calm and do what the guides tell you to do in terms of using the reins! But believe me the horses know where to go. The horse will even walk you up to the elevated platform spot where you dismount and will stand there while you get off

We are doing this ride for the first time in a month! Very excited as my DD has never been riding but has bedn wanting to go so badly. She will be happily surprised!

Yes, the horseback riding is for both adults & kids. They give you a helmet- that's all you'll need on a trail ride. The horses they use are gentle, and the trail ride pace is always at a walk. Just be sure to wear long pants (jeans are ideal) and closed toe shoes.

This is the only trail ride that adults can do. There are pony rides, but they are for kids & have size restrictions.
There are horse drawn carriage rides at Fort Wilderness Adam. Would that interest you?
