Disney transported our owners locker to th port for our cruise that starts today. It got here with the ties broken so the cover was loose. Nothing was taken, but everything had gotten very compressed under something (mountain of suitcases?) very heavy. Two of our three wine glasses are in tiny tiny pieces. Working on cleaning everything out of the locker now to get all the glass out.

I don't think Disney handles Lockers as carefully as John, Brian and crew. :( Sorry to hear your items were damaged.

Exactly. We have never had a problem with OL at the resorts or when we took the locker to a cruise and back on our own. This is the first time we had Disney transport the locker for us and this is the first time we had broken items in the locker.

When we repacked after the cruise, we let the one remaining goblet behind rather than risk having it smashed in the locker by Disney, too.

One of my friends had a full bottle of liquor broken in her OL during some part of getting it onto the ship. A big mess, I guess.

That would have been MUCH worse. We just took everything out of the locker and then cleaned out the pieces of glass. The broken glass didn't really hurt anything else in the locker at least.

This incident will make me think twice about what I put in the locker when I know Disney will be handling it and not just John and the OL purple van.

Our OL was completely cracked in half after our cruise. It happened sometime between when we put the OL outside of our room and when we had picked it up the next morning. Either something extremely heavy was dropped on it or it was dropped (several floors). It was demolished - we won't chance our next cruise by taking it with us (which is sad as I know so many others haven't had any issues).

:scared1: I can't imagine what I would do if the whole locker was destroyed!
