Disney Transfers - What Time to Hotel

We have scheduled our trip through Disney Cruise Line (4 land/3 sea) so they will be making our flight arrangements and picking us up at the airport. For those of you who have done this can you tell me approximately what time we will arrive at the hotel? I always scheduled our flights to WDW so that we would arrive by noon or early afternoon, but now I'm afraid that allowing Disney to schedule it, they may have us arriving much later which means we won't get as much vacation time. What has been your experience?

Also, where do the representatives meet you to take you to the bus? Can I expect them after getting off the plane, or will we need to go ahead and ride the monorail deal to the main airport area before we find them? Thanks for your help.

Hi kmgl78! It's hard to tell what time you will arrive at your hotel, it just depends on your flights and where you're coming in from. I know they do try and get you on earlier flights if possible so you can hopefully enjoy the parks that first day.

Once you arrive the Disney reps do NOT meet you at the gate any more (no one can get into the gate area unless they are a passenger) but you will see them in the main lobby area of the terminal building, after you take the tram from the gate area. They are all over that area and the baggage claim area. You'll find them.

Once you get on your bus it's only about 20-25 minutes until you're at your resort.

We are flying in from DFW (about a 2 1/2 hour flight) so hopefully they will get us there early.
