Disney Transfer to Luggage to Dolphin?

I have used the Disney transfer of luggage several times when changing to a different Disney resorts, but never to the Swan or Dolphin.

Does Disney transport luggage from one of its DVC Resorts to the Dolphin?

Nope, it's not a Disney resort....won't transfer to shades of green either.

Actually they do....at least 2 years ago they did when we moved from the BWV to the Swan.
