Disney to Tarpon Springs/Clearwater driving?

Would it be better to go I-4 or get off I-4 on 39 and go up to Zephyrhills then 54 West through Wesley Chapel , Lutz, etc. and back roads to Tarpon Springs/Cleawater??

I'm thinking morning traffic might be heavy on I-4 from Orlando to Tampa?

The other route I noticed was

Dean Stills Rd, to Rockridge Rd, to 700 N, to 54W To Zephyrhills/Wesley Chapel
then 54 W to Dale HWY to W Lutz Lake Fern Rd, to CO 582 to Tarpon Springs sounds like it'd save time/traffic, etc ??

Anyone traveled these routes and know what the drive time would be?

The only other option I see would be

I-4 West to branch forbes rd , L on Thorntossassa Rd to Thorntossassa
Through Throntossassa on E Fowler to 275, up to Fletcher Rd Exit , W Fletcher Rd then cut over to Citrus Park on CO 582 Up Gunn Hwy to Boy scout Rd, and then it hooks up to Tarpon Springs Rd. into Tarpon Springs.

Which route would be quickest and least traffic?

Whenever we have driven from WDW to Clearwater we always take I-4 to I-275, then we take State Road 60 into Clearwater Beach.
