Disney to bar children under 10 from eating at Victoria & Albert's

We ate at Cali Grill last week & were a little stunned at the behavior of some of the children. Throwing crayons.....standing on chairs & the parents didn't seem to care one bit. I was also a little shocked at how some were dressed......So much for the "No Swimwear, no hats on gentlemen, no torn clothing......"
