Disney tickets

Hi, i apologise if i have posted this in the wrong place.
We are stayin in the port orleans riverside on the 24th of october
and i was just wondering if someone would be able to answer my
question, i cant seem to find the answer anywhere.

We have booked our holiday through a travel agent and included
in the price was our 14 days ultimate disney tickets and what i was
wondering was when we check in at our hotel will they transfer
our park tickets onto our key to the world cards or will we just have to
use them seperatly as they were booked through the travel agent?

If you booked a package they should automatically put your tickets on your KTTW card unless you ask for them seperate.
