considering purchasing disney tickets from them but we leave in 2 weeks time so its a evoucher.Can I change this at downtown disney the evening we arrive and if so where?

I booked mine with Disney directly too ages ago and got sent an e-voucher to exchange. Maybe this is a new thing??

It says on my voucher:
"
Your Will Call ticket order will be available for pickup at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket sales location."

So wherever is easiest for you.

We exchanged ours at DTD the night we arrived. We tend to make a trip to DTD as a tradition (I need an EoS as a matter of urgency once we land) so it made sense to get it all out of the way in one go

Tickets can be collected from any guest relations in Disney. Any resort, park or DTD. DTD has 2 locations, we use the one at Marketplace between the glass store and Sports store.
