Disney tickets and others being auctioned for charity

Whoever is running that auction has an obligation to list the restrictions on those tickets. All the ones auctioned for charity that I have seen have blackout dates (xmas week) and they can't be upgraded (no days can be added). This makes them "worth" much less than the quoted price, IMO.
