Hi and WELCOME to the DIS, threbuck! 
I bought from Paramount a couple of months ago. I made the order on-line and received the tickets in just a few days. Got the breakfast vouchers with the 7 day hoppers. We will be using them in just under 2 weeks.
I have been reading about this company for nearly 2 years and have yet to hear of a problem. I think that you would be fine ordering from Paramount.
