This can definitely be done. Sit down with your daughter and find out first what ideas she has for her wedding. She may want a "fairy tale" wedding reminiscent of Cinderella, she may want a fun wedding that is generic Disney, she may want something reflective of a disney movie, or she may not want disney at all.
1. Here is are a few examples of two different weddings with a Disney movie theme "UP":

2. If you wanted to do a general disney theme...you could still have the typical beautiful wedding but add little touches through printables like instead of table numbers and place cards...do "disney loves" and have different characters for each table like mickey and minnie, daisy and donald, etc.
Or
you could use different locations around magic kingdom (i.e Fantasyland, Main Street, Liberty Square, etc.)
Or
have a monogram that incorporates hidden disney images
3. I recently helped do printables for a "fairy tale Cinderella" wedding and we incorporated different Cinderella images on the printables. We made a monogram with a hidden crown that was on the wedding program, reserved seat signs, and food cards, and we had Cinderellas Carriage on the Menu. She rented an actual horse drawn carriage that looked like Cinderellas carriage and they rented a castle 3-d backdrop for the new couples grand entrance to the reception.
4. If you look through the different planning journals...there are some disney weddings that aren't at Disney. There is one with a Wisconsin Princess Fairy Tale Wedding that has pictures of a wonderful table centerpiece that incorporates a white pumpkin.
5. Use google to get ideas and see pictures. I like to click on the "images" tab and then do your search. You can type in "disney inspired wedding" or "cinderella wedding" or specifically to find the "up" weddings I put "Up inspired weddings"
All of that to say...it can 100% definitely be done...but work with your daughter and make sure it is what she wants.
