Disney Themed Room in Windsor Hills Resort

Hi All,

I'm planning my April 2010 Disney trip and am overwhelmed at the housing options in Windsor Hills. I think that since we're staying offsite, it would be nice to have a Disney-themed room for the kids. I'm only interested in the Windsor Hills property and a 3bd townhouse is the plan. Any experience, knowledge, etc on this would be GREATLY appreciated!

There's lots with twin theme rooms. We stayed in this one before they themed the kids room but we didn't have kids with us so it didn't matter.

Thanks so much for your in-depth response! I actually got the idea of the Disney-themed room after checking out the Storytime homes....the twin bedrooms are FANTASTIC!! Unfortunately, they can only accomodate 7 of my required 9 nights and I don't want to have to transfer homes at the end of the trip. I will check out your other suggestions.

I get lots of emails from Dave at Windsorhillsrent.com. Most all the properties affiliated with that group have YouTube tours, which are way cool. Most of the condos/townhomes there have Disney theming throughout...and usually 1 or 2 of the bedrooms are Disney themed, too. I haven't stayed with them, so I can't speak for their customer service.

We stayed at townhouse #3 from Storytime Orlando rentals last April/May and we LOVED it. We travelled to Florida from the Netherlands and everything was perfect. The only reason we are not staying there next year is that we will bring more people (grandparents) so we like a villa better for our next stay.
Other than that I can highly recommend the townhouses from Storytime!

This is an exaggeration in my opion. There is one nice pool not a water park. There is one slide which really isn't that great. There is a hot tub. A spa to me means spa services which windsor hills doesn't have
