does anyone have any pictures of any of these baskets? I am consifering getting a couple of these for my kids, but was wondering what they may look like? Thanks

Oh I wish I would have taken a picture! My ds and dd both got the flu on our vacation this last week...we just got home last night. On Tuesday night I ordered a Minnie basket for her and a Mickey for him. They were adorable!!! Mickey and Minnie head shaped baskets filled with autograph books, minnie cookies, mickey or minnie ears, pens, stickers, I could go on and on. Very cute and definately worth it in my opinion!!

can they only be ordered if you're staying onsite?

Yes, it's only available to guests staying onsite at any of the 3 DLR hotels.

Here's a couple that we ordered.

victorandbellasmom: Do you remember what the names of your gift baskets were?

BTW: We used to live in Kirkland- I LOVE it there!

I too would love to see pictures. If your staying on-site where do you find/see these pictures? This would be fun to order for my two boys, but I would want to see pictures of them first.

I had no idea that DL offered this type of service. I want one!

Thanks for sharing the pic, victorandbellasmom. Can you remember the types of things that were in your daughter's basket? I'm sure our DD6 would love that! princess:

I've not seen Vacation Planning pictures of any of these to show prior to purchase (just descriptions) but we have purchased several different ones for birthdays, the champagne & strawberries for us pre-kid, a Halloween one, and a Christmas stocking. Sorry I don't have pics, but can easily give you descriptions if you have a specific one you want. They change the look and packaging depending upon what's available. They're gorgeous, professionally done, high quality, and a huge winner with the recipients!

Gosh, don't forget the Mickey Cookies & Milk or Mickey Crispies & Milk - nice end of the day treat!

I found my VP list from 2006 and we got the "Lunch with Character" & "Princess Fairytale Collection".

Lunch with Characters included:
Mickey or Minnie's lunch sack
Disney character mug (ds still uses this)
Mickey's Pinball games (they were out of this & substituted a puzzle)
Whirly lollipop
Mickey's pretzels
box of character cookies
$48 plus tax

Princess Fairytale Collection:
Pink Organza Basket (dd used this for her easter basket)
50th princess beanie
Princess crown
Princess autograph book
Princess brush w/4 princess figurines
Princess Pen Wand
Princes notepad
Princess activity set
Princess Candy Necklace
Princess Pops
$85 plus tax

Note that these prices and description were from early 2006. I'm not sure if these baskets still exist and if they do, I'm sure prices have gone up. This was a DL 5th birthday trip for dd which was why we sprung for a more expensive basket for her than for ds. My kids were so excited that they got presents from Mickey.
