Disney @ Thanksgiving and Birthdays

We are planning a trip for my son's birthday during Thanksgiving and the week after. He will be 3. Does Disney have a celebration for a child's birthday and are the decorations up at that time?

The decorations usually go up the day or so before T day. There are a lot of things you can do for a childs birthday, special meals, special things with gifts of a lifeteime etc.
