Well, I am home!!!
I probably did about 4 hours in the chair. When I got there he actually resized the outline a little to make it fit my arm better. We moved the outline once to make sure it was where I wanted it and then got to work. Took 2 short breaks, but the rest was all tattoo time!!!! It did not hurt as bad as I had myself thinking it would, but I was getting pretty sore by the end...
All the outline and shade work is done. Color to come on 1-8-10.
Right now it is covered with saran wrap. He said to leave it on until the morning and then to wash it with soap and water, not washcloth. Then use a small amount of lubriderm.
I will try to get some pictures up tomorrow.
Here are a few photos. This is the black and white work, with color to come later.

Just found this thread, loving it! Gave me an idea for my next tattoo. I think I want Tinkerbell with how she is bent over side profile with the tip of her wand touching the top of the castle with fireworks around it, one hidden Mickey firework. The trouble will be thinking of where to put it. I don't want it huge, either.
Thanks for the complements. I am really happy with it so far and I am looking forward to getting some color added too. I also appreciate everyone's advice. Since this was my first tattoo, it was great to have somewhere to get advice from. I am glad I took the time to look around because it really made yesterday a lot less stressful. I was sure I had found the right place to have the work done.

That reminds me of the opening of the Wonderful World of Disney. Wasn't there a scene similar to that? That is a great idea.
