Disney tattoos? What to get?

I just have to say....be REALLY sure you want what you want forever and ever. I would never do it personally. Good luck with your decision.

I havw two Disney tattoos, one is a "classic" Mickey (before they made him quite so rounded off) that is about 2 inches high. It is on the outside of my left ankle. The other one, which is the one everybody asks to see, is of Tinkerbell and is on my right shoulder blade. I actually took a keychain I had found in WDW that had Tink in the pose I wanted to the artist and he drew it out for me to approve before he made the outline transfer paper they use to place the design before doing it w/ the ink. It came out wonderfully andI have gotten so many compliments on it it is unbelievable! Here (if I can get this to work) is a link to a picture of the same keychain I took w/ me.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1380&item=2267202063&rd=1

And laser surgery isn't cheap and it does scar. Actually, I think I would rather have a scar that a blob of black ink.

Beauty...do you have a pic of the Tink with pixie dust?? Since I want a 'flair' across my lower back...I was contemplating the basic black Mickey head (no worry of fading color) with pixie dust around it..but all the pics I see of pixie dust aren't exactly workin' for me...as a tattoo anyways.
As far as weight gain/loss with tattoos..mine on my ankle...well, you'd never tell there I dont' guess. My husband has bands around his arms...and since he's started working out...the muscle he's acquired did make some 'empty' spots where the black was colored in. It's not noticeable unless you are looking for it, but when he gets to his 'goal biceps' :) he may go in and have it filled in again.
Thanks for all the ideas n advice n support. I totally respect it's not for everyone, but I know it's for me :)

I love all of my tattoo's that I currently have and will have 2 more by the end of Dec and my DW will have her 2 done by then. She is getting the fab 5 around her ankle and the Canadian flag mickey ball on her back.

Hey, if you love tattoos, get tattoos. I agree that it's better for the motivation to be the thing that you really, really want to have tattooed on you rather than just wanting to get one of SOMETHING but aren't sure what it is, but threads like these sometimes tempt me. :) In the end, though, I'm always glad my intolerance for needles and pain keeps me from doing anything. Has anyone ever seen that guy who's covered with art and has the Walt-in-the-doorway picture? It's beautiful.

Petula I think there was a post on here with a pic of the Disney Tattoo man he is covered in Disney artwork. As for the pain and needles I am the same way I have needles and blood. My first tattoo was done when I was 22 and all it did was buzz that is it I didn't really feel anything and there was no real pain I had my first one done on my right shoulder blade. I have Elmo there and Calvin on my left shoulder with a broken tennis racket Elmo is holdong a hockey stick wearing sates. Those are my 2 sports. My 3rd one is hobbes with a banner with my 3 ids names in it.
