Disney Taped Christmas Parade

I was looking in TV Guide this morning about the Christmas Day show. I wonder where they get their talent (Star Jones? Raven?) for this show. I know the idea is to watch WDW and DL, and see the shows and all the Christmas decorations, but they sure could do a bit better on getting people on who you would actually like to watch. I recall one year finally turning it off because their 'talent' was so bad. Hope it isn't like that this year, but I'm not optomistic.

As long as I get to see the parade and the decorations I couldn't care less who hosts the show. I plan on taping it in case I miss it and I am busy with my family. Now lets hope my memory serves me right.

Those stars are under contract to Disney via ABC. A lot of people like them and are happy to see them.

Is there one person here who would be happy to see Star Jones???? Ew. Why on earth Disney would pick her to be a part of anything related to the parks is beyond me.

I usually watch it with the sound off so the "talent" doen't matter much to me.

Have to agree about Star Jones though. But, what the heck...it's WDW so I don't care. Maybe I'll even get to see myself in front of the Castle during Brian Swetzer's set with Mickey!!!

She is one of the hosts of The View. It is an ABC talk show during the day. I don't have a big problem with Star Jones. Of course, she isn't like most people, but neither are most television personalities.
