No more deal with the children's place. I especially like the line about them wanting to fill the stores with higher end higher margin products like videos and games rather than "100's of plush goofy's taking up shelf and floor space"

It'll be interesting to see what happens next.

I for one and glad to hear it. I personally noticed a difference in the employees under The Children's Place. Years ago a Disney Store was almost as good as the parks as far as friendliness and courtesy, like the magic extended right into my town...more recently it felt like any other store.

I'm glad because I'm hoping the kids clothing will be nicer (if they still carry it ...) as I noticed a decrease in quality when TCP took it over.

However, the employees at our local store are great. The manager is always positive and upbeat and I think that carries over to the rest of the employees.

all I can say is that TCP kept the local Disney store open and now it's one scheduled to close the nearest one will then be 2 hours away and totally inconvenient
