Just came back and was not impressed with the selections of t shirts they had this year. The only one I liked was a dated (2017) shirt. Did not want a shirt with the date on it.

It's funny, because I saw a ton I liked. Most of them were Twenty-Eight & Main though, but I really love that line. They have socks now! Those shirts are also more expensive, so I like to wait for a sale on the web.

That's interesting. We saw a LOT more we liked. We like ride or park specific, not generic WDW type stuff and felt there was a lot more choice this time.

I just wish they'd have some "Pooh sized" shirts for women. There's a lot of plus size women in their fan base, it's a shame they don't have anything for us to buy.

Yeah, the same for men's shirts too. I wanted to get a certain Twenty-Eight & Main shirt for a friend of mine, and they only go up to 2X on those. I did see a couple men's shirts that go up to 3X (but not Twenty-Eight & Main; I confirmed that they max out at 2X), but nothing larger.

Totally agree!!

I found that even with the shirts that they DO carry in 3X, often there isn't one on the rack anywhere, but if you ask a CM, they can usually bring one out from the back.

The selection for 3X is fairly limited though. The last couple of years I've visited, I was in 3X, and somewhat disappointed by the limited choices.

Outside of Disney World, the choices for 3X are even more limited, and for the most part, the designs available stink!

I decided that there was really only one way to solve that problem, and have lost ~ 80 lbs over the course of the last year. I should have no problem finding shirts this year :)

Glad you are losing the weight! My friend has been working on that too, but he's still a tall guy, so he's really a 3XLT, though he hedges to 4X for the length if needed. I figured with the weight he is losing he might be able to use the 3X by the time of our trip in October. I think he's quite a way from 2X though, and even then, the length could be a problem.

Length is the same reason I wear XL, especially if it has long sleeves.

Great to hear your friend is working on the weight as well, the shirts don't really mean anything in the end, health is everything, and that extra weight is no good for us! I'm not terribly tall, but my legs are short, so much of my height is in my Torso . . . I know all too well the feeling of constantly having my shirt come un-tucked lol.

It's interesting -- I actually saw more that I liked than usual on our trip last week. I actually bought a 2017 shirt, which I never do. But the design was so awesome that I chose to overlook the fact it has a date on it.

I am not a fan of the really lightweight cotton t-shirts that they (and everybody else!) sell at Disney, but I did buy a Pirate one at PCO.

I was lucky to find the heavy cotton I prefer in a t-shirt at AK. It is a busy print for a 2X gal, but very comfy!

I don't know if UNIQLO in Disney Springs carries larger sizes, but they had a great selection of Disney and Pixar shirts that I had never seen in the parks.

Interesting, I look on the parks app all the time and have a list of shirts I want to buy this July.

I last went in September and I saw a lot more that I liked than I normally do.

We did have an unfortunate problem with one of them though.
My sister and I love Jungle Cruise so we got one that said something about Schweitzer Falls and wore it to MK when we went to Skipper's Canteen.
When we arrived back at our hotel at night we noticed that the purple on the shirt looked faded in spots.
When we removed them we realized it had stained our skin and undergarments purple!
We also then realized that while you could not notice it that much we actually had purple dye on our faces from touching the shirts throughout the day and then touching our faces to reapply sunscreen and such.
We brought them home and washed them with towels and it stained the towels too so we decided to just put them in a bag and keep them because they are cute but never wear them again lol.

You might try treating those shirts with Dharma Dye Fixative from the Dharma Trading Company. I've never tried that specific product, but have used a fair number of their other products to make Tie Dyed shirts, and have had excellent results with everything I've gotten from them.

If you have a car, head over to GiftLand nearish Disney Springs in the parking lot with Waffle House. They often carry bigger sizes in the exact same shirts the CMs might have just told you don't come bigger than 2X. Disney's making them, they just aren't carrying them onsite.

When looking onsite, though, DH has had the best luck finding 3X at *resorts*.

Men's tshirts only go up to size XL at UNIQLO which is too bad as they are a good price and have some different designs.
