Disney swiped my MagicBand idea

A couple years back, I sent Disney an idea for an electronic device that was supposed to replace room keys and park tickets but I never heard back from them.

My idea was virtually identical to Magicbands except, instead of a bracelet, my device was a baseball cap with twin drink holders on either side that had a connected straw that ran straight down to your mouth. It was designed to come in either pink or blue and was also personalizable with neat sayings like “world’s greatest dad” or “I’m still hot, it just comes in flashes now.”

I'm not sure what to do. I'd like to lodge a complaint but I’m afraid Disney would consider that a violation of my restraining order.

I dare ya....double dog dare ya....TRIPLE dog dare ya.....to announce your arrival by tossing a potted plant through the window! They'll appreciate the heads up.

I think you would have to sue them. Maybe you already did, that's why the restraining order...

Well.....technically, it could be relevant to trip planning, depending on how far the OP is from the Disney offices, and how one defines "trip."

And one simply doesn't show up at the Disney head-poobah's joint, toss a potted plant through the front window.....all in violation of a long-standing restraining order, whilst wearing the latest in metallic-film, rodent-inspired headgear......without "planning."

That would simply be foolish......don'tcha think?
