"Disney Survey"

Hi All!

Quick question for you guys who just returned from The World - did you receive a "Disney Survey" card mailed to your home? We stayed at the POR on June 28th - July 7th and several days after we arrived home we received a card at home requesting us to sign online and put in a password to complete a survey...Have any of you completed one of these?

It seems to be pretty common. We got one last year for BC and I have heard a lot of others on this site mention they get them.

Got one for our stay in March, 2005, and January, 2004.

Yep, I've gotten 2 lately. From POFQ in Jan. and BCV in July. I've never gotten anything out of it, in case you're wondering, and those two trips were fine. It was nice to be able to easily note the excellent service we got at POFQ for my dd's birthday -unsolicited I might add.

I received one just for callingand ordering tickets... took a couple minutes to do the entire survey... not bad.

I received one when we got home and a second one when I booked our next trip. It's pretty easy. It will only take you away from the DIS for a few minutes!!

Yep. Gotten them my last 2 trips. No guarantees or anything- but both times shortly after I completed the surveys I also got room codes. The only times I've gotten them.

I got one after my stay last September at POR. I completed the survey - no problems. I also just got an email survey from WDW Parks and Resorts Research Center a few weeks ago. Completed that one online as well.

I'm hoping my participation will result in a postcard rate or email code!!

This trip they were giving out surveys in the hotel lobby, but we were not selected to fill one out. Marketing research i was told.

I got one recently too. Hoping for good code so we can plan another trip.

We got one just last week- we recently booked our MVMCP tickets, like 3 weeks ago.....and have had rooms booked for months now....so maybe the ticket order had something to do with it. here's hoping we get room codes or something from it! you never know.

I received it and filled it out. Pretty easy. Can't remember how many questions were on it but it didn't matter. I can always talk about WDW. The one thing I do remember is that I asked for someone to contact me so I could tell them about the wonderful service that we received but no one did.

I had 2 surveys from my last trip: the first one was waiting for me in my email inbox when I got home, it was for our resort stay; the second one was mailed to my home for our AK visit.

Each survey asked for the name of an outstanding CM that made our stay more magical (or words similar to that). I wish I would have known I was going to be asked that, because I didn't remember the great CMs' names.
