Disney survey on MDE

I've read about people here getting a survey from Disney about FP+ but has anyone gotten a survey about MDE? I just got one from disneysurveys.com wanting feedback about the planning process and MDE. There are no questions about FP+. I know everything is in testing now so surveys are to be expected, but is this one legit? It didn't ask me for any personal info, just my arrival date, and number of people in my traveling party.

Ah ok good. I found it interesting that it didn't give me an option for me to let them know what I did find wrong. The questions that they asked, like adding people, and linking reservations, I didn't have a problem with. What I always tend to have problems with is it loading my reservation correctly. I've had it leave people out of my reservation. Or not loading it correctly. And the one I always have an issue with is it rarely is able to display my balance.
