Disney+ subscribers: Deals for July '25

Savanna view is WORTH the $44 extra per night!
Thats what I figured. At the previous 40% off AP rate a savanna view room was $100+tax more a night. Over a 7 night trip I was going to roll the dice and hope my request for an obstructed savanna view room would have happened. For $45 a night, I took the sure thing, I think it was around $450 for the week more.

Does anyone know is there’s still availability at Riverside or the Cars suites in mid July? I’m currently locked out of my account and before I get more frustrated I wanted to see if there was any availability. Thanks!!

Best bet is to call and ask. You’ll get an answer right away instead of waiting for someone here who has D+, people here aren’t as active on the weekends. As quickly as Disney is pulling discounts away (free dining disappeared a day or two ago), I’d call to see what is available ASAP.

Have they done any Disney plus discounts in the past? Im new here, and it’s the first I’ve heard of it. We’re subscribers but I still had no idea. Wondering if I can expect it to happen again

Welcome and you will learn of all sorts of good stuff from the very knowledgeable people on the boards! And yes, they have done them in the past, it's not new. I'm sure they will continue, it helps get D+ subscribers, too.

Do you think they extend this for the rest of the summer? It’s a better discount than what’s currently offered for August which is usually the slower month with back to school happening in many states.

Hotel bookings for July must've been soft. The 40% AP hotel discount ended in July as well, it drops to 35% the rest of the year. We usually go in early August but switched to late July to take advantage of the hotel rates.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I guess Disney is happy with occupancy rates for August since this discount hasn’t been extended? The stay longer save more promotion is there but it’s not as good as the Disney Plus discount which still shows an expiration date of 7/31.

I think it was probably that the July bookings at those particular resorts were considerably under Disney’s projections. Other dates might have not been as soft.

Especially since they were for specific room types.
There are not many of these left. I was unable to find them for week of July 21 (5 night stay), but can see them for July 17-21. This includes the $99 All Star Sports, but no Riverside availability.
