THIS IS NOT A RUMOR JUST SOMETHING I WONDER.

Ok Disney has a pretty much full working studio in Orlando that goes pretty much unused. Why dont they move ESPN studios to Disney? Now there based in Connecticut. Whos is going to visit them there? Ladies how many of your husbands hate going to Disney? Wouldn't this be something they could look forward too?

Dont think Disney is going to be selling off ESPN anytime soon. They can change the now unused Animation into offices or studios. Imagine walking along that walk way and seeing some of your favorite sports shows being filmed live.

COME ON DISNEY IMAGINEERS wake up and smell the coffee. Your studios are failing.

All I ask for is a credit for this idea and unlimited all access entry the rest of my life and kids life and heck there kids life too. Oh and the Presidential Suite at either Contemporary or Grand Floridian every time we all come. :earseek: :banana:

I think you might be underestimating the size of ESPN just a little bit:

* ESPN's Bristol campus contains 27 satellite dishes taking in more than 40,000 feeds per year, recording approximately 200 hours of highlights and program content each day.

* The Digital Center opened June 7th 2004 and the campus now spans across 64 acres and utilizes 600,000 square feet of building space.

* There are 9 control rooms, 31 edit suites and over 2,000 television monitors on the Bristol Campus.

* ESPN's Digital Center contains 3 studios for a total of 6 on the Bristol campus.

* The Bristol campus has 2,084 parking spaces.

* ESPN's Tape library contains over 1 million tapes.

* ESPN production opertations function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If Disney wasn't interested in keeping the tiny Radio Disney studio at MGM functional, I kinda doubt they'll be relocating the Bristol broadcast center, or even opening a satellite operation.
