Just wondering if anyone knew of any discounts for strollers in the park?

I wouldn't even worry about discount.
At $33 a day (i think that's the price) Even discount would be high.
Just go and stop in at a nearby Target or Walmart and buy what you need.
If your staying more than 3 days it pays for it's self.

The only available discount is the multi-day discount. Single strollers are $15 a day and double strollers are $31 a day. With the multi-day discount, those prices reduce to $13 and $27. To get the multi-day discount, you must pay for all days in advance. You can get a refund for any unused days if you present your unused rental pass(es) AND your original cash register receipt.

There are no other discounts available for strollers rented inside WDW theme parks.

But then you have to factor in taxi fare if you're not already renting a car. And then there's the time that venture would take away from the vacation ... some people are willing to sacrifice money instead of time during vacation.
