well i took my two kids to the disney store tues nite for pin trading and there was one older gentleman there with his pins...he was very nice and he traded with my kids...my children then traded with the CM..but it was very limited and only one CM had a lanyard on...a little disappointing...anyway, the CM had just traded with the older gentleman and told my children that the gentleman had given him the Prince Charming on a Horse pin (it was a duplicate) and stated the gentleman had said it was a rare pin due to limited production...anyway, we now have a Prince Charming Pin which will probably be traded later...
Here's a question: is there a site or source where one could find out how many copies of each pin have been printed and what constitutes a limited pin? Are pins reproduced at a later date? Just curious - we just collect what we like (I collect parks, hotels we've stayed at and Peter Pan of course; my daughter collects Dogs! and my son collects Mickey's and Toy Story)
I think one of the neatest pins my kids have is the one my daughter has of Chef Mickey's!
Oh, is there a Peter Pan Ride Pin...I oculd not find one at WDW and when I inquiried they didn't know of one having been made...hard to believe...how about a pin on the Buzz Lightyear Ride???
