Disney store order taking a long time?

I placed an order last Sunday and the order still has not shipped. I have ordered other things from different sites, and I have received everything else. The disney site is still showing my order has not shipped. Is this common? Is the disney site just slow? Thanks

It took them a week to ship me my things. I called and they told me they were moving distro centers and quoted me the 10 to 12 business days. I always order from them so I didn't notice that they had changed the shipping times. This is supposedly temporary.

They are slower when they've had a big sale. And if you got anything personalized, that slows it down even more.

I ordered autograph books for our trip (in less than three weeks last week and it still has not shipped. Normally, when I order from the Disney Store, everything is super quick. I called yesterday and was told things are moving slowly right now, but it would ship within 12 business days. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I just want those books so I can check on more thing off my list.
